I have used Zno in the past, and was very pleased with the results! Using their Promo codes has proven to be quite problematic. A while back, I submitted a project using a code for a Flush Mount book…to eventually learn that the code was only valid for LayFlat books. (I still do not understand the differences, even after asking). When I resubmitted the project as a LayFlat book, I was informed that the code had expired by one day. I received an email from Zno last Sunday, valued at 20% off the purchase of a LayFlat book, yet the coupon code expired 2 weeks earlier than when the email was dated. I now have a book order ready to submit, and need to either get a ZNO code that is valid, or move all the artwork to another company’s site that I can afford. Any advice would be appreciated!
The whole point of promo codes is to attract new customers and retain them once they observe your great product. Putting expiration dates and not honoring codes due to technicalities is an awful mistake and actually eliminTes the benefits a company tries to receive by offering deals in the first place
